The skills you'll need
Additionally, you'll demonstrate:
At least 15 years of experience working with Java, including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, REST API design, secure coding practices, and applying Domain‑Driven Design and clean architecture principles
A strong track record in designing and building scalable and resilient microservices, along with event‑driven architectures using Kafka and distributed system design patterns
Hands‑on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes and major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP, following cloud‑native engineering principles
Solid experience in CI/CD automation, including comprehensive unit and integration testing, as well as observability using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana and the ELK stack
Demonstrated technical leadership through mentoring developers, driving architectural decisions, resolving complex technical issues and contributing effectively within Agile teams
Strong stakeholder management skills and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a simple way
