Performing finance partnering activities at a management level to support strategy and decision making with critical business insights, supporting Sales VP and HK GM & the ir teams.
Supporting development of a strong Finance Business Partnering organization
Lead finance business partnering team to support the end-to-end offline sales operations across Wellness and OTC with the responsibility to deliver ~£800m Net Sales and ~£370m Profit for Haleon China (2024 plan reference).
Assisting in developing an offline sales strategy that leverages high growth and high return opportunities to deliver both short-term and long-term business commitments for the respective categories.
Driving trade spending efficiency and harmonization of trading terms between Wellness and OTC categories
Keeping key stakeholders informed of changes impacting the business.
Collaborate with business partners to investigate requirements and problems and to seek effective business solutions through improvements in data management processes and procedures.
Demonstrating Cross function matrix navigation & management;
Providing oversight on HK finance business partner in delivering business objective and long term strategy of HK business
People Development, Support development of a strong Finance Business Partnering organization
Manage a team of 3 to 5 senior managers/managers
Qualifications and skills
Essential
MBA, preferably in Management, Finance or Accounting with approximately 15 years of MNC commercial finance working experiences.
Strong Analytics training or experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience managing or working with a global team and global stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and compare complex data from multiple sources
Demonstrated ability to determine and communicate the legal, financial and ethical interpretation of industry regulated principles.
Ability to effectively influence commercial and finance partners with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, challenges and questions how things are done to drive for results and provides range of options
Preferred
Finance business partnering experience in leadership position from consumer industry.
In additional to Mandarin and English skills, Cantonese speaking skill is desired.
