What will you be responsible for? Leading the end-to-end integration of our new Prague Distribution Centre Managing relationships and performance of our 3PL logistics provider Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies Coordinating with Quality, Planning, Customer Service, IT, Production, and Logistics teams Ensuring operational readiness, inventory accuracy, compliance, and service excellence Acting as a key stakeholder across a highly matrixed international organization What are we looking for? Experience in warehouse or distribution center operations Proven 3PL management experience Strong project management background, ideally involving warehouse implementations, transitions, or logistics transformations Experience with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement and operational production experience Strong stakeholder management and communication skills SAP/WMS exposure Fluent Czech/Slovak and English Experience in pharmaceutical logistics is an advantage What will make you successful?
