Experience of working on a construction project in an industrial setting
Have a Journeyperson ticket or be registered in an apprenticeship from a recognized provincial training authority
Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing
OSSA CSTS / CSO, Fall Protection and Mobile Elevated Work Platform is an asset.
Work Conditions:
14/7 rotation working 10 hours/day with possibility of additional OT
Day and Night Shift available
Travel/flight allowance for provided for non-local residents
Camp based accommodation

We are seeking experienced Structural Journeyman or Apprentice Ironworker to support us on a industrial project. You will be an integral part of the Ledcor team working on the Potash Mine project for our client.

Essential Responsibilities:
Perform stick-built steel erection for structural steel buildings and structural steel panelization projects.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work layout and installation requirements.
Position steel members, align holes, insert temporary bolts, and complete bolt-up and impacting activities to secure structural components.
Execute heavy lifting, rigging, and setting of building modules and structural assemblies.
Assist with module installation, multi-crane lifts, and erection of stick-built structural components.
Ensure proper alignment, fitting, and connection of steel structures according to project specifications and safety standards.
Operate rigging equipment, hoists, and other construction tools safely and efficiently.
Maintain a strong focus on crew, equipment, and environmental safety at all times.
Coordinate with supervisors, crane operators, and crew members to ensure work is completed safely and within scheduled hours.
Inspect completed work to verify structural integrity, alignment, and compliance with project requirements.
