University degree in science, management or business-related faculty;
Advanced English;
2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry on same / similar position (new launches, portfolio development) and willingness to develop in the area of pharmaceutical project management;
Attention to detail and problem solving abilities;
O rganizational & time management skills;
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word);
Experience in project coordination/management and knowledge of project management methodologies is considered a plus.
Compensation Structure & Criteria:
Job location : Poland, Warsaw
Work mode: hybrid (min. 2 days/week working from the office)
Pay range : 14 234 - 26 433 zł gross/ monthly
Variable compensation:
Annual performance-based bonus of 15%;
