Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The position requires the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials and objects weighing up to 100 pounds, or heavier weights with the use of proper equipment
Must be able to work during different weather climates; to include hot/cold weather, rain, etc.
Read and comprehend printed materials i.e. schematics, layouts, etc.
Operate varied hand and power tools and equipment
Strength, stamina, and mobility to perform light to medium physical work

The Maintenance Specialist makes minor repairs to the interior/exterior of buildings and facilities and maintains furniture and equipment, employing basic skills in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical.
Essential Duties:
Minor Repairs to the interior/exterior of building.
Maintains furniture and equipment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Rate of Pay: $14.00 per hour
