The International HR Business Partner supports our operations across Europe and Asia, serving as both a strategic partner and a hands-on HR leader. This role works closely with global leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals while ensuring compliance with local employment laws. Key responsibilities include employee relations, engagement, payroll coordination, benefits administration, talent development, and overall HR operations. This position supports Non-U.S. locations including the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Poland, Spain, India, and Singapore. The ideal candidate has experience working with U.S.-based organizations, strong business acumen, and a proactive approach. This person must be able to manage day-to-day HR activities while also contributing to long-term people strategies. This role is based in the UK and reports to the HR Director in the United States.
