You will be part of the India Solutions Consulting team , within the EMEAI Solution Organization .
This team comprises highly skilled Technical Sales Consultants who focus on:
Understanding customer challenges
Designing and demonstrating Windchill PLM solutions
Supporting a diverse set of industries and use cases
Responsibilities
Presales & Customer Engagement
Act as a Windchill PLM technical expert across all presales activities
Collaborate with Account Managers/Sales teams throughout the customer buying journey
Engage with customers to understand requirements, processes, and pain points
Qualify solution fit and alignment with customer needs
Solution Design & Demonstration
Architect and present end-to-end PLM solutions
Deliver standard and customized product demonstrations
Develop proof of concepts (POCs) and technical benchmarks
Support customer value proposition development
Sales Support Activities
Respond to RFI / RFP / RFQ requests
Participate in process analysis and re-engineering discussions
Assist in closing new PLM opportunities
Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams and India-wide sales organization
Engage with partners, system integrators, and academic institutions
Drive adoption and success of PTC Windchill PLM solutions
Contribute to winning new business opportunities
Help customers realize value from the Digital Thread
Support long-term customer success in a subscription-based model
Required Skills & Experience
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics , or related field
Requirements
5-10 years of experience in PLM solutions , preferably PTC Windchill
Hands-on experience in presales / technical consulting roles
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts
Experience with solution design, demos, and customer presentations
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Professional Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Proven ability to manage timelines and deliver against milestones
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel within India
