About the role

Mach's Fall 2026 - Engineering Co-op is open for future engineers and builders who want to work with us. Depending on your background and team placement, you might work on: Autonomous systems - guidance, control, and navigation software for unmanned platforms Embedded firmware and real-time software for flight and drive systems Mechanical and structural design, manufacturing, and test of hardware components Propulsion, energetics, or systems integration for new defense platforms Tools, infrastructure, and simulations that accelerate engineering velocity

Requirements

• Enrollment in a BS, MS, or PhD program in mechanical, aerospace, electrical, computer science, or a related engineering discipline
• Intellectual curiosity and the drive to own problems end-to-end
• Genuine interest in defense technology, national security, or the future of autonomous systems
• Disclosures
• Mach participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
