Human Resource Executive - Tanjong Pagar

Responsibilities

• Plan, Strategize recruitment activities to fulfil the manpower requirements of the various sites (commercial organization, government buildings, schools, factories, etc).
• Work closely with Operations Managers to fulfil manpower requirements of our sites.
• Well versed with local labour law and able to advise Operational staff and Payroll team on labour laws and HR practices.
• Human Resource duties including interview Security Officers, prepare employment letters, promotion letters, termination letters, and update personnel e-records.
• Conduct exit interviews and find ways to retain staff.
• Support Operations by providing admin support to OMs
• Prepare & reply correspondence with Officers or the authority.
• Assist in grading exercises and various ISO audits.
• General Admin, Training & logistics support duties.
• We expect the candidates to be versatile and able to perform multi-tasks and take initiatives in this post.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree
• Good experience in Recruitment, HR admin & support duties.
• Good organisation skills and able to relate to people from all levels.
• Resourceful & creative in finding ways to recruit Security Officers / personnel.
• Those who have experience working in Employment Agencies or engage in recruitment roles are preferred.
