Job Description Job Responsibilities: To work with the team to review and maintain the different Operational Brand Standards & guidelines for properties managed by The Ascott Limited. To work with corporate teams to integrate brand standards and guidelines and incorporating Brand-specific requirements. To assist with annual Service and Product Reviews (SPRs) include data collation and analysis. To assist with the setup and roll out of systems related to hotel operations, not limited to audit software and project management software. To identify and analyze ways to improve operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in business operations. To assist supervisor and provide support to the team on special projects as required. Job Requirements: Currently pursuing a diploma in Business Studies, Business Management, Hospitality, Tourism Management and/or other related disciplines. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of Hotel or Service Residence operations. Exposure to Property Management Systems will be an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Detail-oriented and meticulous individual to assist in business process mapping and documentation.
