Senior IT Recruiter

Responsibilities

• ✅ Learn & Lead - Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers.
• ✅ Source Top Talent - Hunt for candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and networking events.
• ✅ Screen & Assess - Identify the best candidates and conduct qualification interviews.
• ✅ Negotiate & Close - Support candidates through salary discussions and job offers.
• ✅ Ensure Smooth Onboarding - Help new hires transition seamlessly into their roles.
• ✅ Track & Report - Stay organized and keep hiring managers updated on recruitment activity.
• What You Bring
• 🔹 Education: Bachelor or Diploma
• 🔹 Experience: 5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition (in IT roles is a plus!)
• 🔹 Skills:
• Strong communication (written & verbal)
• Solid negotiation abilities
• Goal-driven and able to perform under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
