- The Corporate Recruiter plays a key role in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about contributing to a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to provide weekly, data-driven updates on talent pipeline status, market insights, and candidate feedback to ensure alignment and adjust sourcing strategies as needed
- Analyze and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity goals) to identify bottlenecks, measure ROI, and improve overall hiring efficiency
- Utilize various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
- Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
- Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements
- Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
- Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS - Greenhouse) and other recruitment tools.
- Passion for finding and securing top talent.

- Work Hours: Monday-Friday, business hours; hybrid 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

- Pay Range: $100,000 - $110,000, bonus eligible
