About the role
The Senior Manager, Private Capital plays a key role in the growth and diversification of the investor base, with responsibility spanning management of investor relationships, capital raising for new and existing products, and working closely with the investor relations team. You will make an impact by: Capital raising for new product initiatives including involvement in producing marketing collateral, investor pitches, commercial term negotiations and lead conversion. Building and maintaining strong relationships with investor groups including High Net Worth Individuals, Family Offices, Investment Advisers, Asset Consultants, Researchers, Charities and Endowments and developing a strong understanding of their strategic goals and investment objectives enabling identification of sales opportunities Initiating and following up on business opportunities, including new product and strategies. Actively pitching to existing and potential investors on existing product suite or new ideas / opportunities to collaborate. Raising awareness of the Dexus platform and products. Working closely with product development to execute on new products and joint ventures across both real estate and infrastructure sectors About You You will bring: Minimum 10 years' experience within funds management, strategy / banking / corporate development, or distribution Existing industry and investor contacts within the real estate and infrastructure sectors Experience in Private Capital investment including a client focussed approach to investment solutions and recommendations Proven track record of delivering a range of projects from conception to completion achieving the project goals Familiarity with the real estate and/or infrastructure funds management sector with an ability to discuss key economic and market trends in the context of Dexus products and opportunities Why choose Dexus?
