Performance of lower level duties may be required. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Processes Park financial reports and reviews them for compliance with contracts. Performs financial pre-qualifications and prepares detailed financial documentation. Interviews and/or counsels Park visitors, vendors, and tenants. Answers public inquiries about programs and events in the Park and locally. Receives and records complaints and documents that corrective action is taken. Assists manager in responding to requests for services from the public and other agencies. Assists the public with Park reservations/rentals, as well as, other facilities and programs. Assists in developing operating plans and preparing studies and reports. Assists in the coordination of Park events with events of building tenant(s) and property lessee(s). Gathers, verifies, prepares and maintains detailed and specialized information for a variety of reports and records. Assists in preparing necessary reports, and composing correspondence required by local and state agencies for regulatory compliance. Prepares contracts and agenda items and assists in monitoring of Park programs, repairs, inspections, operations, and maintenance. Assists with preparing marketing materials and presentations. Assists in the evaluation of new and existing programming and activities based on current or future needs and trends and past failures and successes. Assists in maintaining records and preparing necessary reports including financial reports that account for revenues and expenditures. Assists coordination with outside groups and businesses in Park activities designed to benefit the City. Assists special program personnel in various activities. Performs essential functions to ensure maximum quality guest experience. Coordinates special committee meetings and training. Monitors for needed maintenance and improvements to the Park site and constructed facilities ensuring compliance with plans and specs. Monitors all new programs at the Park (e.g. classes, lessons, clinics, schools, concerts, etc.) Assists with enforcing Park rules and regulations and maintains facilities' security and safety.
