Lead end-to-end project planning and execution, including defining scope, resources, budgets, constraints, and deliverables to keep initiatives on track.
Establish and maintain project governance structures - including steering committees and stakeholder forums - to support successful program delivery.
Manage stakeholder relationships by enabling clear, two-way communication on project changes, priorities, and expectations across business and technology teams.
Identify and pursue business process improvement opportunities that increase operational effectiveness across the division.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk and issue logs, status reports, and change management materials, ensuring appropriate sign-off at each milestone.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3-5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, matrixed environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of building trust across diverse teams.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful outcomes.
Requirements
PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification.
Experience working within financial services, fintech, or data-driven business environments.
Familiarity with agile methodologies or structured project management frameworks.
This position will be located in New York City, NY and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
