As Clinician, you play a critical role in shaping recovery experience and maintaining clinical quality. You will:
Deliver Evidence-Based SUD Treatment
Facilitate individual and group therapy addressing substance use disorders, relapse prevention, recovery skills, and co-occurring mental health conditions
Utilize trauma-informed, person-centered, and recovery-oriented approaches
Collaborate Across Disciplines
Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
Provide family counseling and education to support sustained recovery
Ensure Continuity of Care
Maintain consistent communication with clients, families, referral sources, and community partners
Support discharge planning and long-term recovery outcomes
Maintain Clinical & Regulatory Excellence
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicaid, and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards
Complete timely, accurate, and clinically sound documentation
