Responsibilities
- As part of our veterinary team, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Safely and compassionately handling and restraining pets during exams and procedures
- Triaging incoming patients and assisting with patient flow
- Collecting and processing laboratory samples and assisting with diagnostic testing
- Taking and assisting with radiographs (x-rays) and other diagnostic imaging
- Providing nursing care for medical and hospitalized patients with a range of conditions and stability levels
- Administering medications and treatments as directed
- Communicating clearly and compassionately with clients regarding treatment plans and patient care
- Assisting with surgical preparation, surgical support, and anesthetic monitoring

- Prior veterinary experience preferred (1+ year ideal), but we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and build their skills
- Compassionate, calm under pressure, and a true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Strong communicator with excellent multitasking skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable and confident handling and safely restraining pets of all sizes and temperaments
- Hands-on experience with sample collection, obtaining medical histories, and assisting with laboratory testing and radiographs
- Surgical and anesthesia experience is a strong plus, but not required-we're happy to train the right candidate!
- Self-motivated and eager to continue expanding knowledge and advancing clinical skills
- We're looking for someone who enjoys both the medical and hands-on aspects of veterinary care and wants to be part of a team that supports learning, growth, and high-quality patient care.
- Pay Range: $18-$21 based on experience
