Responsibilities

  • As part of our veterinary team, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Safely and compassionately handling and restraining pets during exams and procedures
  • Triaging incoming patients and assisting with patient flow
  • Collecting and processing laboratory samples and assisting with diagnostic testing
  • Taking and assisting with radiographs (x-rays) and other diagnostic imaging
  • Providing nursing care for medical and hospitalized patients with a range of conditions and stability levels
  • Administering medications and treatments as directed
  • Communicating clearly and compassionately with clients regarding treatment plans and patient care
  • Assisting with surgical preparation, surgical support, and anesthetic monitoring

  • Prior veterinary experience preferred (1+ year ideal), but we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and build their skills
  • Compassionate, calm under pressure, and a true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Strong communicator with excellent multitasking skills and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable and confident handling and safely restraining pets of all sizes and temperaments
  • Hands-on experience with sample collection, obtaining medical histories, and assisting with laboratory testing and radiographs
  • Surgical and anesthesia experience is a strong plus, but not required-we're happy to train the right candidate!
  • Self-motivated and eager to continue expanding knowledge and advancing clinical skills
  • We're looking for someone who enjoys both the medical and hands-on aspects of veterinary care and wants to be part of a team that supports learning, growth, and high-quality patient care.
  • Pay Range: $18-$21 based on experience
