About the role
The Engineering Manager - Service NAB is accountable for the end‑to‑end reliability, security, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Service NAB platform. YOUR CAPABILITIES Essential Capabilities ServiceNow platform operations and delivery knowledge. Engineering standards, design quality, and guardrails. Develop, maintain, and validate engineering standards, design patterns, and code-level standards. Own adoption of standards across squads and ensure code quality, testing discipline, and adherence to development guardrails. Support code in production, ensuring operational readiness, reliability, and continuous improvement. Leverage cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and automation to improve speed, resilience, and efficiency. Other Capabilities Able to navigate a large complex organization, and build relationships with senior stakeholders Change management, ability to co-ordinate change management resources and processes to maximise outcomes for all stakeholders and users. Able to develop strategic relationships with industry peer groups (maintain current understanding of market supply) and with service providers for collaborative value driven results. YOUR EXPERIENCES Background in ServiceNow necessary Experience leading one or more engineering squads delivering production-grade services. Experience driving adoption of software engineering standards and quality guardrails.
