Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute a multi-year technology roadmap aligned to business priorities, regulatory needs, and enterprise standards
Stakeholder Leadership: Partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor; drive alignment between business goals and technology investments
Portfolio & Demand Management: Lead intake, prioritization, and governance of initiatives to maximize business value and risk mitigation
Service Management: Advance service maturity through standardization, service health monitoring, and continuous improvement practices
Solution Architecture: Own end-to-end architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and integrated solutions across the enterprise landscape
Governance & Performance: Establish KPIs, monitor service performance, and drive data-informed improvements
Vendor Oversight: Lead vendor strategy, RFPs, and delivery governance to ensure quality, compliance, and long-term sustainability
Minimum Requirements
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience. Less years required if has relevant Master's or Doctorate qualifications
Critical Skills
Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT service management, product management, business relationship management, or business facing IT Architecture roles
Executive Presence: Experience partnering with senior leaders and delivering enterprise technology initiatives
Strategic Thinking & Execution: Ability to translate complex business strategies into actionable technology roadmaps
Executive Communication: Strong ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to senior leadership and influence decisions
Enterprise Architecture Acumen: Deep understanding of system integration, data flows, and scalable design
Service Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITIL principles, service modeling, and operational governance
Requirements
Experience supporting Legal, Compliance, Risk, or Corporate Affairs functions
Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platforms
Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, pharma, financial services)
Advanced degree preferred
Our Base Pay Range for this position
$145,400 - $242,300
