About the role

You will serve as a ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION SPECIALIST in the ENVIRONMENTAL AFFAIRS DIVISION of MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CTR. GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing, monitoring, and implementing comprehensive environmental programs, including managing Hazwaste/Hazmat tracking systems, conducting compliance inspections, and managing environmental documentation; ability to research emerging regulatory requirements, identify and correct operational deficiencies, provide technical guidance on environmental contracts. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: ability to develop, monitor, and implement comprehensive environmental programs, including managing Hazwaste/Hazmat tracking systems, conducting compliance inspections under supervision; research emerging regulatory requirements, identify and correct operational deficiencies.
