Your mission Join us as a Value Proposition Manager and help shape the future of NN. In this role, you'll actively contribute to the success of both the team and the company by engaging with Investment Value Propositions for product oversight of existing portfolio and developments. What will you do? Identifying market opportunities and trends in the investment space, analyse relevant information to define the target market and relevant products. In-depth understanding of customer insights for specific target markets. Defining product vision and strategy, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with brand values and promise. Driving the development of new products and improvements to existing ones. Managing products from concept to withdrawal. Ensuring adherence to best practice standards. Being accountable for product-related business outcomes. Defining and communicating performance indicators. Generating ideas and driving implementation of actions to enhance product performance and achieve business objectives. Building business cases and managing product approval documentation. Contributing to pricing assumptions. Business owning the product developments implementations in an Agile methodology. Planning and driving product launches. Developing product story, key differentiators for different segments. Implement contractual and commercial communication with contribution from different functions. Monitoring competition, legislative changes, and market trends. Ensuring product functionality and compliance, including updating policies. Sharing product vision and strategy within the company. Ensure compliance with Investment insurance products regulatory framework and NN framework. What will you bring? A bachelor's degree in fields such as Marketing or similar fields At least 3 years of experience in a similar position that involves Product Development/Product Management/ Value Proposition Management Experience with financial products, especially investment would be a plus Experience in working in Agile methodology would be a plus Experience in prototyping and piloting ideas, products, preferably within cross-functional context with proven success Ability to define and communicate a vision Ability to drive insights generation from discussing with customers and make data-driven and business analysis-based decisions Ability to define product strategy, implementation plan and go-to-market plan Ability to translate technical information into simple language for consumers in various declinations for both contractual and commercial communications Willingness to work in a changing environment and adapt along the way Good balance between complying with regulations and entrepreneurial spirit, enjoying initiating projects and seeing them through to completion Ability to set short, medium, and long-term objectives and prioritize among them Ability to build consensus and create supporters in cross-departmental teams Desire to continuously learn about trends, market evolution, technology, marketing solutions, etc. Proficiency in English. You leverage your curiosity and automation tools (including AI) to turn change into value and continuously improve how we work. Communicates with clarity, empathy, and impact. Thrives in collaborative environments and lifts others up. Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and takes action.
