The Experience The Technical Architect role is part of our Professional Services team within the Customer Success division. We are looking for a Technical Architect to serve as a trusted technical consultant , partnering with strategic enterprise clients to lead digital transformation (DX) and drive long-term Salesforce success. In this role, you will lead architecture design, guide implementation projects, and collaborate with global teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions - including Agentforce and Data Cloud . What You'll Actually Be Doing Architecture & Strategy: Design overall system architecture and development strategies for enterprise clients, covering integration, security, and large-scale data processing. Project Leadership: Lead technical delivery on Salesforce implementation projects, from proof of concept (PoC) through production, ensuring quality at every stage. Governance & DevOps: Build and govern Center of Excellence (CoE) and DevOps organizations to support continuous improvement and long-term Salesforce adoption. Mentorship & Collaboration: Mentor team members and collaborate with global architects to apply best practices and solve complex customer challenges. You're Our Person If... Experience: 6+ years in enterprise system development, CRM implementation, or IT consulting, including 5+ years in a leadership role (Architect, Technical Lead, or Project Lead). Industry Expertise: Strong background in one or more of the following sectors: Health and Life Sciences, Communication, Media, Insurance, Energy and Utilities. AI Expertise & "Vibe Coding": Advanced proficiency in AI-augmented IDEs (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf ) and state-of-the-art LLMs ( Claude, GPT ) to accelerate development cycles. AI Delivery Tool Mastery: Proven ability to leverage AI-powered tools throughout the entire delivery process (from design to production) to optimize efficiency, quality, and speed. Prompt Engineering: Skilled at structuring complex contexts and multi-step prompts specifically for modernizing and refactoring legacy codebases. Technical Foundations: Strong knowledge of web application development (e.g., Java-based environments) and data modeling. Hands-on Skills: Ability to configure cloud services, write code/scripts, and validate operations. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead complex projects and own outcomes end-to-end. Even Better If...
