Collaborate with architectural and engineering teams to develop design solutions and prepare construction documents.
Support projects through all phases from concept through construction administration.
Prepare and oversee architectural plans that integrate engineering disciplines, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
Perform technical design analysis including systems, layouts, and detailing.
Conduct research for specifications and coordinate with manufacturers and outside consultants.
Perform code analysis, material selection, and technical design in compliance with regulations.
Conduct site visits, prepare field reports and assist with inspections if required.
Coordinate across disciplines to meet project schedules and deliverables.
Required Experience:
Professional degree in Architecture (M.Arch preferred).
Minimum 8 years of project experience focused on (some of) the specific market sectors listed above is preferred.
Licensed Architect preferred (MA or ability to obtain licensure).
Proficiency in Revit BIM modeling, ACC Cloud collaboration between discipline models,
AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
Strong design, detailing, and graphic presentation skills
Knowledge of IBC, NFPA, and Massachusetts codes.
Essential Duties:
Work independently with strategic collaboration and oversight from senior staff
Lead design coordination and define technical approaches.
Mentor junior staff and support team development.
Perform architectural analysis and develop detailed documentation.
Serve as quality control reviewer of design packages of other staff members.
Participate in construction administration (RFIs, submittals).
Ensure compliance with codes and project standards.

$102,094.36 - $116,679.27
