Requirements
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or related field, or foreign equivalent, or suitable combination of education, experience, and training with 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or related field
AND Demonstration of the following
Experience in data visualization software, statistics, operations research, linear programming, forecasting, predictive modeling, relational databases, and/or SQL
Strong process improvement and operational optimization skills
Experience building relationships and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to operate as a consultant-providing objective insights and recommendations
Proven ability to identify improvement opportunities through observation and analysis
Experience acting as an "objective set of eyes" to diagnose business challenges and recommend solutions
Background in call center or high-volume operations environments
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools and concepts
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI
