Be a Talent Scout. Organize external Recruiting and HR outreach activities with area High Schools, Colleges, Universities, and Professional Associations. Create and maintain a talent pipeline of external talent. Organize External Activities/Engagement Externally: Actively pursue and organize activities and engagements with area schools and professional associations per the HR strategy. Coordinate internal promoters to meet the students "where they are". Database (Pipeline) - Develop a database for external talent. Work with Marketing to develop communications to keep in regular contact with the talent in the database. (External Bench) Internship Program - Enhance and run the internship program, to include networking activities for interns and leadership, mentor the intern-driven charity event, organize end-of-internship presentations, etc. Handle all intern recruiting. Graduate Specialist Program - Recruit and track associates in the rotational development program. Align with leadership to organize the rotations and assist in final placement. Recruiting Support - Provide on-site recruiting support, as needed, to ensure a great candidate experience. Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related fields. Masters preferred. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and drive own results. Ability to manage priorities and workflow. Proven leadership and business acumen skills. Minimum 3 years experience working in Recruiting or a Human Resources Department. Minimum 3 years experience creating and maintaining external talent database systems. Demonstrated understanding of US employment laws and regulations. Proven ability to analyze problems, recommend and implement solutions. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to present to large groups of people. Extraverted personality with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to easily network with others. Participation in National Fluid Power Association (NFPA) activities a plus. Ability to travel within the US, as needed, for career fairs and other external engagement events.
