We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. 50.00 per hour Job Summary Working in an advanced capacity in a dynamic multi-tenant Life Science building and reporting to the Facility Manager, successful candidate will coordinate and/or perform the preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of utility systems, equipment, and grounds. Working under limited supervision, monitors building system operations and performance with complete oversight of building automation system. Supervises custodial staff, contractors, and employees as designated. Provides best-in-class customer service. Job Description Essential Functions - Complies with all applicable codes, regulations and corporate policies/procedures related to building operations and work safety. - Manages computer-based maintenance management system. - Manages and/or performs assigned corrective work orders and preventive maintenance. - Manages and/or performs grounds keeping activities including, but not limited to snow removal (grounds, halls, loading docks, etc.) - May manage and coordinate third party quotes, repairs and service maintenance. - Responds to client and/or tenant requests for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, wastewater and construction needs. - Analyzes mechanical and operational problems of assigned equipment and plans for and takes corrective action. - Manages record-keeping activities as required. - Other tasks as directed.
