Oversee and manage all department functions including staffing, operations, budgeting, patient service and satisfaction, and planning
Plan, direct, and organize the department to ensure department and organization goals are accomplished timely and within budget parameters
Assist physicians with development, implementation, and maintenance of systems necessary for successful operation of department

What's Required:
Bachelor's degree
5-7 years of clinical or equivalent healthcare experience demonstrating leadership skills
Ability to travel between clinics frequently. Company car will be provided and travel time is typically built into the work day.
