Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Adult Social Care Location: Sefton, Merseyside Pay Rate: £35.80 per hour Start Date: ASAP Job Description: Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for its client's Adult Social Care team in Sefton, Merseyside. Our client is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join the Occupational Therapy & Sensory Team within Adult Social Care. This is a community-based role focused on restoring daily living skills and promoting independence for adults with physical and psychological disabilities. What will your responsibilities be? Conduct holistic, person-centred assessments in clients' homes, focusing on mobility, self-care, and daily living activities. Provide equipment and adaptation recommendations, liaising with housing teams, contractors, and other professionals. Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, managing referrals from various sources. Deliver advice and therapeutic interventions to support independence and reduce long-term care needs. Maintain accurate records and uphold data protection standards. Supervise junior staff (OTs or CCPs) as required and contribute to service performance targets.
