Responsibilities
- Perform field testing and inspection activities at construction sites, including soil density testing, compaction testing, and evaluation of soil conditions for foundations

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Work experience in construction or field related industries
- Educational or work emphasis in Geology, Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering
- Certifications in soil and concrete testing (ACI, ICC, or state‑specific certifications preferred; Caltrans certifications a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data management tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and project documentation
- Ability to clearly write daily reports
- Willingness and ability to work outdoors in physically demanding environments, including lifting 50+ pounds
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team‑oriented mindset
- Salary Range:
- $25-$30/hr.
