Reporting Manager: Marketing Supervisor, Energy Efficiency
Technical Knowledge/Skill:
Strong understanding of energy efficiency and decarbonization solutions
Strong time and project management skills
Enthusiastic and eager team player willing to jump in and assist colleagues as needed
Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and a quick learner
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to successfully engage, influence, and inspire partners
Proficient/expert-level use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sustainability, or relevant degree
Minimum of three years of product marketing experience
Experience in the sustainability, clean energy and/or energy efficiency industry preferred
Proven track record of executing successful campaigns, developing trade-ally relationships, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing projects

Eversource supports work-life balance by offering hybrid schedules for certain roles. Eligibility is based on job responsibilities, operational needs, nature of work and team dynamics. As a key player on our Energy Efficiency Commercial & Industrial (C&I) marketing team, you'll lead dynamic, full-funnel B2B marketing and advertising campaigns across Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. Your work will directly support energy efficiency and decarbonization efforts, helping businesses of all sizes make sustainable choices.
Own campaign execution - From planning and content development to managing external agencies and internal teams, you'll ensure seamless, high-impact marketing campaigns that range from large-scale paid media to individual customer success stories.
Drive results - Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and vendor partnerships to deliver measurable success.
Collaborate & innovate - Work closely with digital, PR, creative, and customer service teams to bring fresh ideas and strategies to life.
Build strong partnerships - Foster and manage relationships with trade allies to promote energy efficiency initiatives.
Be a subject matter expert and an excellent communicator - Stay ahead of industry trends and translate technical information into engaging content for diverse audiences, shared through a wide variety of channels (sell sheets, emails, webpage copy, and more!).
