[What the role is] You will manage end-to-end procurement, supplier relationships, and inventory management while supporting Business School's events and institutional initiatives. You will also serve as the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) - Culinary Institute of America (CIA) Liaison Officer, coordinating with key partners including CIA Singapore, SIT, and Temasek Polytechnic to ensure seamless programme and operational delivery, while upholding Total Workplace Safety and Health (TWSH) standards in the Temasek Culinary Academy (TCA) kitchen environment. [What you will be working on] Collaborate in the development and preparation of Invitation to Tender (ITT), Invitation to Quote (ITQ), and Purchase Order documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements. Coordinate tender requisitions, manage evaluation processes, facilitate award decisions, and document discussions for Tender Working Committee and Tender Evaluation Committee meetings. Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including order placement, tracking of Purchase Orders, and monitoring delivery schedules to support operational needs. Engage and liaise with suppliers to resolve issues related to quality, delivery timelines, and contractual obligations. Monitor stock levels, verify inventory quality and quantities, and reconcile documentation to support accurate financial processing. Maintain asset inventory records, ensure proper asset accountability and condition, and initiate write-offs for damaged, obsolete, or surplus equipment. Support operational and logistical planning for school events and activities, and contribute to broader institutional initiatives across TCA and TP. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including CIA Singapore, SIT, and vendors, to ensure seamless programme and operational delivery.
