Requirements

• Must-Have: 5+ years of experience in user growth, marketing, or partnership roles, with a proven track record of developing successful strategies and executing co-marketing campaigns with merchants and partners.*
• Preferred: Experience within a leading payment company/e-wallet in PH (e.g., Alipay, WeChat Pay), a global fintech/payment company, or an Internet company's overseas ventures (preferably in Southeast Asia).
• Must-Have: Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and executing co-marketing campaigns with merchants and partners.
• Deep understanding of the digital payments landscape, user behavior, and competitive dynamics. Experience in Southeast Asian markets is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
