The Employee Engagement Analytics & Insights Intern will support the Human Resources and Employee Engagement teams by analyzing engagement data and helping translate insights into meaningful actions. This role focuses on reviewing survey results, participation metrics, and feedback trends to identify what's working and where improvements are needed. The intern will help prepare clear, executive‑ready summaries and recommendations that inform engagement strategies and programs.
This internship is open to current college students and recent college graduates and is ideal for candidates interested in analytics, analytical storytelling, employee experience, organizational psychology, or HR strategy.
The role requires strong self-motivation, collaboration, and time-management skills in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities
Analyze engagement surveys, feedback, and participation data
Identify trends and themes and summarize key insights
Support dashboards, reports, and insight briefs
Education Requirements:
Pursuing or recently obtained Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Analytics, Behavioral Insights, or related field
Demonstrated academic success (minimum 3.0 GPA)
Minimum academic standing of Sophomore
Active enrollment in accredited university
Minimum Requirements
Strong analytical skills; Excel/Sheets experience
Comfort in remote collaboration and zoom meeting environments
Ability to attend in-person meetings
Internet Access: Candidates must have a stable wired Internet connection with a minimum download of 50 Mbps (megabits per second) for best performance. Wireless connectivity is also supported.
Preferred Requirements
Basic familiarity with AI tools and an interest in using them responsibly to support analysis and workflow efficiency
