Associate Project Manager - Implementation

Responsibilities

• Drive Efficiency with AI - Approach every task with an AI-first mindset. Look for opportunities to leverage AI & Automation Tools to automate data collection, streamline workflows, and reduce manual lift.
• Handle Varied Scope - Move between data onboarding, client-specific implementation plans, and internal projects without losing momentum. You'll juggle multiple priorities and know when to ask for help versus push through.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Support to ensure a consistent client experience from pre-sale through ongoing support.
• Develop Toward Client Mastery - Actively participate in internal team strategy and project management meetings to hone "VTS Best Practices" toward managing client expectations and milestones, with a clear path to owning your own accounts.

• Strong Communicator You can write a clear status update, run a 30-minute client call with minimal guidance from a senior IM in the room, and know when to escalate.

• Growth-Oriented You're looking for a foot-in-the-door role where you can master the product internally before eventually leading your own client accounts.
• What Success Looks Like
• First 6 months: You've shadowed senior IMs across the full implementation lifecycle, taken ownership of data onboarding for at least one client, and built or contributed to at least one AI-driven workflow that saves the team measurable time.
• First 12 months: You're running smaller client implementations independently, facilitating client meetings without a senior IM, and recognized cross-functionally as the go-to for at least one part of the implementation process.
