Evolve access strategies for products in a highly competitive access landscape
Deliver impactful value propositions, messaging, and promotional materials (both branded and unbranded) tailored to key customer segments (e.g., payers, IDNs, GPOs)
Champion pull-through activities to ensure access is being optimized at the territory level
Lead pricing and contracting strategies for payers and providers, ensuring market competitiveness and optimal access
Execute strategies for buy-and-bill environments, including physician-administered settings
Partner with medical and HEOR to support the development of evidence generation plans aligned with payer needs
Drive competitive intelligence activities to inform access strategies and positioning
Monitor evolving reimbursement and policy landscapes and integrate insights into access strategies
Drive cross-functional collaboration across global value and access and several U.S. teams including pricing, HEOR, trade & distribution, field access, medical regulatory, legal, training, and commercial brand marketing/sales/ reimbursement teams
Coach and develop future market access marketing talent
Requirements
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
Minimum 10+ years of experience in U.S. market access, payer marketing, pricing, or related fields within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Strong understanding of buy-and-bill reimbursement pathways, including provider dynamics and payer policy considerations
Strong knowledge of payer landscape, policy trends, trade & distribution models, and pricing frameworks
Exceptional leadership and cross-functional team management skills
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and communication capabilities
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability

Additional Information
The base compensation range for this role is: $204,000.00-$281,000.00
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
