About the role
Inside Sales Support assists Fronius customers, Field Sales Representatives, the Technical Support Team and the National Sales Director. This role is responsible for creating quotes for customers, processing new product orders, tracking products throughout the repair cycle, monitoring inventory via an ERP tracking system, and tracking customer details in sales management software. Tasks and Responsibilities Acts as primary contact for customers, Field Sales Representatives, Technical Support Regional Representatives and National Sales Director. Creates quotes for customers and sales representatives. Receives and reviews customer purchase orders for accuracy. Enters customer purchase orders into BaaN in OK point quality. Sends order acknowledgements to customers. Handles the authorization process of customer returns (RGAs) as well as processing credits for returned products. Oversees the service process in the region including warranty, non-warranty, weld tests, good faith visits. Maintains region warehouse inventory levels and office supply stock. Oversees shipping and receiving, including ground and freight shipments, preparation of shipping labels and scheduling shipments. Promotes and supports the "Fronius Way" philosophy. All other duties as assigned by management
