Pick and verify medications by name, strength, and quantity
Replenish automated medication cells with bulk product
Use handheld scanners to track inventory and orders
Perform basic counting and calculations for prescriptions
Pack and label orders for shipment
Follow SOPs, HIPAA guidelines, and pharmacy safety standards
Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant
Identify issues and escalate concerns when needed
Basic Requirements
Minimum Education & Typical Experience or Equivalent Combination: Typically requires 1+ years of related experience
Basic math, reading, and writing skills
Visual ability to read screens, labels, and scanners
Preferred Skills / Experience
Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, warehouse, or fulfillment roles
Exposure to pharmacy technician or medication handling work
Comfort using computers, scanners, or inventory systems
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment
Work Environment
On‑site, climate‑controlled pharmacy fulfillment center
Fast‑moving, production‑driven setting
Standing, walking, and repetitive motion throughout the shift
