About the role

What you know: Master's degree in mechanical or Automation engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a manufacturing development environment. Demonstrated success in managing complex, high-impact projects from concept through to industrialization. Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools. Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate multiple levels of the organization. Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with cross-cultural teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to interpret data, assess project risks, and make data-driven decisions.
