About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our WA team based at our Rivervale Store Support Centre on a 6-month contract. This role operates Monday to Friday and reports directly to the Workflow Coordinator in your state's support office. As a CSO within the Customer Support Team, you'll work onsite three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days. A work laptop will be provided to support both onsite and remote working. As a trusted partner, you'll generate sales from warm leads provided by our Frame & Truss team and deliver timely, accurate quotes to support our account management teams. You'll bring previous experience working with COS (or similar systems), along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. You're someone who can juggle multiple priorities, manage your time effectively, and consistently deliver against KPIs while exceeding customer expectations.
