Discovery & Qualification
Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand business needs and challenges.
Qualify opportunities using structured frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC, BANT).
Identify high-intent, high-value opportunities for progression.
Opportunity Handover & Pipeline Management
Ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities to the client partner / Account Executive team.
Provide detailed context, insights, and next steps to enable effective follow-through.
Actively track and follow up to ensure pipeline momentum and stage progression.
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and updates in CRM systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with client partner teams to ensure smooth progression of opportunities through sales stages.
Coordinate on follow-ups, next steps, and deal progression.
Share feedback and insights to refine targeting, messaging, and qualification strategies.
Performance & Reporting
Consistently meet or exceed KPIs across pipeline generation, meetings, and qualified opportunities.
Analyze performance trends and identify areas for improvement.
Contribute to ongoing optimization of outreach and engagement strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2+ years of INTERNATIONAL working experience in sales development roles, both email and voice for an International logo/program.
Min.1 year in international SDR, BDR, or inside sales roles (B2B/SaaS preferred)
Familiarity with structured qualification methodologies (BANT, MEDDICC, etc.)
Exposure to global markets (SMB / Mid-market segments preferred)
Must have skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct consultative, insight-led conversations.
High level of ownership and accountability.
Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
