MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Applicants must have one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-14 grade level, which has provided them with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of a Supervisory Labor Management Relations Examiner (Supervisory Investigator), at the GS-15 grade level. Specialized experience includes: Experience communicating, both orally and in writing, authoritative labor law policy matters to agency-level stakeholders to justify and defend information; and Experience with the National Labor Relations Board Act and similar statutes to negotiate and prepare collective bargaining agreements, including the application of complex Board and court precedent, statutory interpretation, and advanced labor relations principles; and Experience planning, coordinating, establishing, and managing complex project goals and objectives leading a team involved in the investigation and analysis of the most complex issues related to the field of labor law.
