Lead full‑cycle recruiting for banking center and corporate roles, partnering closely with hiring leaders
Contribute to onboarding, engagement, recognition, and well‑being initiatives
Use data and insights to improve recruiting and engagement outcomes
Support HR projects and organization‑wide initiatives that strengthen culture and performance
Requirements
3-5 years of HR experience, with recruiting and employee relations exposure, or someone eager to learn the HR function, while leveraging their banking experience
Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
Comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Sound judgment, empathy, and discretion
HRIS/ATS experience
Willingness to travel regionally as needed is required, as well as a minimum of 1 day per week in our Camden, Maine office.
Preferred (not required): HR certification, Workday experience, regulated‑industry experience, or exposure to engagement and well‑being programs.
