You guide less experienced kitchen staff when needed. This is not a relaxed hobby kitchen. It is structured hospitality work with clear standards and responsibility. That said - you will spend your season in Greece, working in an international environment, finishing service while the sun sets over the resort. The atmosphere is different from a typical city kitchen. You will work 5-6 days per week. You will live on-site. You will represent the culinary standards of the hotel.
