Responsibilities
- Manage and support day-to-day operations of CRM and enterprise digital systems , ensuring system stability and issue resolution.
- Drive end-to-end project delivery across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
