Responsibilities

  • Our Ideal Candidate
  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with proven track record as an Engineering Lead / Solution Lead in large-scale enterprise environments
  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience in implementing AI/ML solutions within a banking environment, ideally within Wealth / Private Banking use cases (e.g. client insights, personalization, RM tools)
  • Strong expertise in solutioning & architecture design, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions
  • Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile/Lean methodologies, with experience delivering complex initiatives in Agile environments
  • Solid experience with API-led architecture, microservices, and integration technologies (MQ, Kafka, Solace)
  • Strong technical foundation in J2EE, OOA/OOP principles, and modern engineerin
