Team Manager AM Shift | Prestons, NSW. Please note that this position will operate on morning shifts, with standard working hours from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join our Retail & Consumer division based in Prestons, NSW. This role is directly responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the team within our Multiuser Prestons DC. Reporting directly into the Operations Manager, you'll be overseeing the operations team for the AM shift. As the Team Manager, you will be: Responsible for successfully facilitating the delivery of Warehouse Logistics for a Key Customer. Responsible for leading edge logistics solutions is fostered with customer through identifying, opportunities for innovative solutions and progressed to a stage that can be adopted by the business. Managing Toll's key stakeholders both internal and external are engaged regularly and respectfully to accomplish goals of both parties resulting in collaborative and productive long-term relationships. Managing compliance requirements of the warehouse are continually reviewed and reported to ensure both the customer and Toll's financial and audit expectations are met. Ensuring people are engaged and managed to ensure a positive workplace culture that meets the organisations compliance requirements. Pioneering the Safety Culture that meets both organisational and regional requirements. About you To be successful in this role, you will need: 3 -5 Years in Logistics and Warehouse Management. Demonstrated previous experience in managing a warehouse function. Experience in managing operational budgets. Intermediate MS Office skills and other office-based technologies. Qualifications in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
