At least 2-3 years hands-on SAP experience required , specifically within shipping, receiving, and logistics workflows
Demonstrated experience supporting distribution center or warehouse operations
Experience coordinating with internal teams and external partners (e.g., carriers, drivers)
APICS/CPIM or other supply chain certification is not required, but is a plus

Position Responsibilities
Execute daily shipping and receiving operations , including processing all related documentation and system transactions
Perform SAP transactions related to shipping, receiving, and order processing (including PGI and order allocation)
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, customer service, production) and external partners (carriers, drivers) regarding schedules, changes, and delivery updates
Process bills of lading and shipping documentation
Support truck planning and shipment coordination
Respond to inventory-related inquiries and support customer service requests
Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as needed
Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems
Ship samples and manage small package shipments (e.g., UPS)
Perform other duties as assigned in support of DC operations

Position Summary
The DC Supervisor (individual contributor) partners closely with the DC Manager to support daily distribution center operations, with a strong focus on SAP-driven shipping and receiving activities, order processing, and cross-functional coordination. This is a hands-on operational role responsible for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This position operates as a senior team member within a small, collaborative team structure and does not have direct reports.
