In this role, you will help ensure Copilot is easily leveraged by all workers and clear guidance is provided to accelerate its adoption. This is an individual contributor role with close collaboration across IT peers (identity, security, endpoint/device, service desk) and business stakeholders to deliver reliable services and an excellent employee experience.

  • Automate and document operational work: Use PowerShell and Microsoft Graph concepts to build reporting/automation, reduce toil, and maintain runbooks, standards, and knowledge articles for repeatable support.
  • Administer additional M365 tools in scope: Provide operational ownership and support for Planner, To Do, Lists, Forms, Sway, Whiteboard, Visio, Bookings, People, and Places (as applicable to M365 experiences).
