Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and valid Pennsylvania Special Education teaching certification
  • Experience developing and implementing IEPs and behavior support plans
  • Knowledge of behavior management and positive behavioral interventions
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and classroom leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and service providers
